The AuthenticationStatement element supplies a
statement by the issuer that its subject was authenticated by a
particular means at a particular time. The
AuthenticationStatement element is of type
AuthenticationStatementType, which extends the
SubjectStatementAbstractType with the additional element and
attributes.
