4.10.1.using

There are two forms of the using directive.

The first form:

using nameOfANameSpace;

All of the members defined within nameOfANameSpace are brought into view and can be used without qualification.

The second form:

using alias = name;

A using directive must be specified at the top of each file, prior to any other declarations.
