Alter table to primary key and check it in user_ind_columns and user_cons_columns

 10          ,shortZipCode           varchar2(4)

Table created.

SQL>
SQL> create unique index pk_idx on emp (emp_id);

Index created.

SQL>
SQL> alter table emp add (constraint  pk_alter primary key(emp_id));
