Log database logon to a table

SQL> CREATE TABLE MyTable (

SQL> CREATE OR REPLACE TRIGGER LogAllConnects
  2    AFTER LOGON ON DATABASE
  3  BEGIN

Trigger created.

SQL>
SQL> SELECT FROM MyTable;

no rows selected
