java.lang.Object
   classycle.graph.Vertex
      classycle.graph.AtomicVertex

All known Subclasses:   classycle.PackageVertex,
AtomicVertex
public class AtomicVertex extends Vertex (Code)
A subclass of Vertex with the following additional properties:
  • A flag indicating whether this vertex belongs to the graph or not.
  • The order of visiting.
  • The low function.
The last two properties are used in Tarjan's algorithm to find the strong components (see StrongComponentProcessor ).

Constructor Summary
public  AtomicVertex(Attributes attributes)
     Creates an instance for the specified attributes.

Method Summary
public  intgetLow()
     Returns the current value of the low function.
public  intgetOrder()
     Returns the order of visiting.
public  booleanisGraphVertex()
     Returns true if this vertex belongs to a graph.
public  voidreset()
     Reset this instance.
public  voidsetDefaultValueOfGraphVertexFlag(boolean flag)
     Sets the default value of graphVertex flag.
public  voidsetLow(int low)
     Sets the current value of the low function.
public  voidsetOrder(int order)
     Sets the order of visiting.

Constructor Detail
AtomicVertex
public AtomicVertex(Attributes attributes)(Code)
Creates an instance for the specified attributes.

Method Detail
getLow
public int getLow()(Code)
Returns the current value of the low function.

getOrder
public int getOrder()(Code)
Returns the order of visiting.

isGraphVertex
public boolean isGraphVertex()(Code)
Returns true if this vertex belongs to a graph.

reset
public void reset()(Code)
Reset this instance. That is, it becomes a unvisited vertex where order = low = -1. Whether it is a graph vertex or not depends on the default value defined by the method AtomicVertex.setDefaultValueOfGraphVertexFlag .

setDefaultValueOfGraphVertexFlag
public void setDefaultValueOfGraphVertexFlag(boolean flag)(Code)
Sets the default value of graphVertex flag.
See Also:   AtomicVertex.reset()

setLow
public void setLow(int low)(Code)
Sets the current value of the low function.

setOrder
public void setOrder(int order)(Code)
Sets the order of visiting.
