MessageSecPolicy getDefaultMessagePolicy()
     Get the Default Message Protection Policy.
EndpointInfo getEndpointInfo()
     Get the EndpointInfo to which this config applies.
MessageSecPolicy getMessagePolicy(String opName)
     Get the Message Protection Policy for a particular operation provided by the Endpoint.
Parameters:
  opName - is the Operation Name.
SecurityContext getSecurityContext()
     Get the Security Environment for the Endpoint.
