Configuration string: The headerName, a comparison operator and the numeric headerValue
to compare with, space or tab delimited.
The comparison operators are: <, <=, ==, >=, >;
another set of operators is: LT, LE, EQ, GE, GT.
Also the following operators are accepted: =<, =, =>.
