Method Summary
String convertUidToLdapAcceptableName(String uid)

Converts the uid to an ldap acceptable name.

Parameters:
  uid - The uid.
abstract void create(String principalUid)

Makes a new ldap entry for the specified principal.
abstract void delete(String principalUid)

Deletes a ldap entry for the specified principal.
Principal[] find(String principalUid, String principalType)

Search the ldap directory for the principal.

Parameters:
  principalUid - The uid value of the principal.
Parameters:
  principalType - The type of principal.

Converts the uid to an ldap acceptable name.

Parameters:
  uid - The uid. The converted name.

create

Makes a new ldap entry for the specified principal.

Parameters:
  principalUid - The principal uid.
throws:
  SecurityException - Throws a SecurityException.

delete

Deletes a ldap entry for the specified principal.

Parameters:
  principalUid - The principal uid.
throws:
  SecurityException - Throws a SecurityException.

find
Principal[] find(String principalUid, String principalType) throws SecurityException(Code)

Search the ldap directory for the principal.

Parameters:
  principalUid - The uid value of the principal.
Parameters:
  principalType - The type of principal. All the objects of this LDAP class type.
