| Interface for objects delivering data. The intention of introducing such
an interface is to support both "explicit" data sources that are more or less
normal collections, as well as datasources that hold only a
description how to build an iteratorn and do so only when the method
getData() is sent. Examples include data sources retrieving objects from a database.
