RulesRepositoryAdministrator.java	Class	This class is for administering the rules repo.
RulesRepositoryException.java	Class	The main exception thrown by classes in this package.

ScalabilityTest.java	Class	This is a bit of a hacked scalability test.
StackUtil.java	Class
StateItem.java	Class	The StateItem represents the status of an asset. An asset can only be in 1 state at a time.
VersionableItem.java	Class	This is the parent class for versionable assets.
