     Assert a new FactHandleImpl.
Parameters:
  handle - The asserted FactHandle/code>. Parameters:   context - The PropagationContext of the WorkingMemory action.
void retractObject(InternalFactHandle handle, PropagationContext context, InternalWorkingMemory workingMemory)
     Retract an existing FactHandleImpl.
Parameters:
  handle - The FactHandle/code> to retract. Parameters:   context - The PropagationContext of the WorkingMemory action.
