 The InventoryBarChart class is an abstract class that
 captures common attributes between the
 InventoryDemandChart and the InventoryRefillChart.

 calculation of shortfall lines from chartdatamodels that
 contain requested and allocation results displayed in their
 y coordinates.

 The InventoryUIFrame is the root object that maintains the primary
 window where the inventory charts are displayed.

 The InventoryXMLParser is the class that parses the input xml
 string into data objects.
