AWTEventRecorder

public class AWTEventRecorder extends Catcher (Code)

Saves events dispatched by the AWT event queue to a specified record. (More precise: Not the events itself but recordables representing the events)

The record will not be opened or closed by this instance. It must be opened outside.

Constructor Summary
public	AWTEventRecorder(Environment env, AWTEventMask eventMask, Record eventRecord, Components components) Creates a new AWT event recorder object.

Parameters: env - the environment Parameters: eventMask - the event mask Parameters: eventRecord - the record where all events should be recorded to Parameters: components - the instance which knows the components

	Returns the event record. the event record this instance writes to

getTimeSinceLastEvent

	Returns the time since the last event has been recorded. the time, in msec

getTimeSpanCalculator
public TimeSpanCalculator getTimeSpanCalculator()(Code)
	Returns the time span calculator the time span calculator

handleEvent
public boolean handleEvent(EventObject event)(Code)
	Writes a recordable representing the dispatched event to the record (if the event is included in the event mask of this instance and the instance is listening to events). Completely rewritten in version 1.1 Parameters: event - the event always `true` (other listeners should also get the event)

handlesEventObject
public boolean handlesEventObject(EventObject event)(Code)
	Returns whether or not this catcher is interested in the given event object which is not an AWT event. Parameters: event - EventObject true, if Catcher handles event

setComponents
public void setComponents(Components components)(Code)
	Sets the instance which knows the components. Parameters: components - the components instance

setRecord
public void setRecord(Record eventRecord)(Code)
	Sets the event record. Parameters: eventRecord - the new event record
