| Dispatch configuration element.
A dispatch element
- has a name which is unique under its siblings
- either specifies a resource path or
an action path (and an optional module name).
- may specify request parameters in form of
param /myaction?foo=bar (discouraged, better use
param elements).
- may indicate that it should be accessed via redirection.
In this case the
path may also contain an
arbitrary url. However, a path starting with "/" is still
interpreted as a context-related path.
- may specify a dispatcher.
