An exception listener which does nothing. It is useful when classes that
send messages to exception listeners do not support null as
an argument for the exception listener. For example, with the following
code:
class MyComponent
{
public MyComponent( ExceptionListener listener )
{
assertNotNull( listener );
}
}
Here, you can still disable 'actual' exception listening:
new MyComponent( new NoopExceptionListener() );
