DForeignKeyMeta
public class DForeignKeyMeta (Code)
	Reprents a foreign key between two SFieldMetas. Unlike SimpleORM, they are locical, not conceptual -- ie. the foreign key columns need to be manually declared in the referencing table. This is cruder, but simpler.
