Smart Tags are used to organizes actions that you can take. Smart Tags are displayed when necessary.

Click to place the insertion point where you want to insert a smart tag.

Paste some text to the document. The Smart Tag is showing.

Click the Smart Tag button and click the list arrow.

    Click the smart tag option you want.
