3.27.8.Change Print Display Options
Click the Office button
Click the Office button
Then click Word Options.
Then click Word Options.
In the left pane, click Display. Select or clear the check boxes to change the print display options:

Print drawings created in Word.

Print background colors and images.

Print document properties.

Print hidden text.

Update fields before printing.

Update linked data before printing.

Select or clear the check boxes to change the print display options:
