Click the Start button then point to All Programs. Then click Microsoft Office and click Microsoft Office Tools. Then click Digital Certificate for VBA Projects
Then click Digital Certificate for VBA Projects
Then enter a name and then click OK.
Then enter a name and then click OK.

Office programs trust a self-signed certificate only on the computer that created it.
